Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VPNKN website and subscription services. It explains how data is handled in connection with accounts, billing, website visits, and support. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies. For rights and obligations related to subscriptions, see the Terms of Service.

Account Information and How It Is Used

VPNKN does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The account system processes usernames, password credentials used to verify identity, and subscription entitlements to support sign-in, authorization, and account management. Do not submit passwords or subscription credentials on public pages.

When you submit a support ticket, this service processes your issue description, relevant troubleshooting information, and related correspondence to investigate the issue and provide support. Submit only information relevant to the issue. Redact passwords, unrelated payment details, and other personal information from screenshots.

No-Logs Policy and Usage Accounting

VPNKN does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing history, destinations, request content, or communications. It does not retain connection logs that can be linked to a user, including records associating source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times, or build individual browsing profiles.

To calculate plan allowances, the account system retains cumulative traffic, remaining entitlements, and reset status. These are billing usage records and do not include details of websites visited. Route maintenance relies on aggregated operational information; users are not asked to submit full browsing histories to troubleshoot issues. The no-logs policy does not mean that account and order information is never processed.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and feature usage. They may include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, and visit time. Analytics relate to the website itself; they are not used to record external websites accessed through subscription routes or combined with subscription credentials to create browsing profiles.

Cookies and local storage support essential sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Clearing browser data may sign you out or restore default preferences. You can restrict storage in your browser settings; limiting essential storage may prevent some panel features from working correctly. Signing out and clearing local data do not delete a server-side account.

Order Records and Third-Party Payments

VPNKN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. To provide subscriptions, verify payments, and process refunds, this service retains order identifiers, selected plans, order amounts, payment status, and relevant transaction verification information. Third parties handle payment processing; VPNKN does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Payment processors handle transaction information under their own rules; refer to the payment page for details of their practices. Necessary order information may be used for payment reconciliation and dispute resolution. This service does not sell personal information. If information must be provided to fulfill the service or comply with applicable law, only the information necessary for that purpose will be shared.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to fulfill subscriptions. Order and refund records are retained for the periods required for settlement, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets are retained while needed to resolve issues and for subsequent review. Website analytics are retained for as long as needed for their purpose, then deleted or de-identified.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information through a support ticket in the user panel. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Requests should also explain any impact on subscription entitlements and outstanding orders. Records that must be retained by law are not deleted with the account, and their use is restricted during the retention period. Residual data in backups is removed through normal rotation and is not returned to routine business use.

Data Protection and Policy Updates

VPNKN applies access controls to account and business information, limiting access to what is needed to perform assigned duties. Users should keep passwords and subscription credentials secure. If you notice unusual account activity, submit the details through a support ticket and avoid sharing credentials publicly.

When this policy changes, this page will be updated with the revised content and month of last update. Material changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, a policy update does not replace that consent. Questions about this policy or data processing can also be submitted through a support ticket in the user panel.
