Service Scope

VPNKN offers subscriptions to international routes and access through supported client apps, with coverage in 100+ countries and 230+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Subscription, client, and account tasks are handled through the user panel. The benefits included are determined by the selected plan and order record.

Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website in every location. Regional policies, account requirements, and content licenses for third-party platforms are determined by those platforms. VPNKN does not provide third-party platform accounts, content memberships, or related licenses.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login details, subscription links, and order records secure, and do not share your credentials publicly. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password promptly and describe the issue in a support ticket. Do not include your full password or subscription credentials in submitted materials.

Support for unlimited devices means that the same user may use the service on devices they own or manage. It does not mean unlimited data. You may not resell a subscription, distribute subscription links publicly, share an account with third parties, or use a personal subscription to provide network services to others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Prices and data allowances are listed on the Plans page. Check the billing terms before ordering. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where you use the service, as well as the rules of any platform you access. You may not use this service to commit fraud, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute illegal content, or engage in other unlawful activities.

You may not attack network infrastructure, access another person’s systems without authorization, send malicious software, distribute unsolicited messages in bulk, or otherwise disrupt routes or other users’ normal use. You are responsible for your own access, publication, and transmission activities, and must have the legal authority to handle any related content.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection quality may be affected by your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, destination websites, maintenance, and other factors. VPNKN does not guarantee connections from every location, at all times, or to every third-party platform. The number of routes is not a guarantee of a fixed speed or continuous availability.

If you experience connection issues, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then submit the error message and details about the conditions in which the issue occurred through a user panel support ticket. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to troubleshooting.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNKN does not guarantee compensation for failures outside its control or any resulting indirect losses. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law or affect rights you may have under applicable law.

Refund Terms

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request by ticket with the relevant order information so we can verify the payment and process your request. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied.

Refund progress and any necessary verification will be discussed through the ticket. Refer to the case record for updates. Do not include payment passwords or login credentials for other accounts in your ticket. Once the refund is complete, the benefits of the corresponding paid subscription will end. Your statutory refund rights are not limited by these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or other violations of these terms, VPNKN may suspend the relevant connection or account based on the risk and investigate the matter. If a violation is confirmed, VPNKN may terminate the service. If you disagree with the decision, you may request a review by submitting a ticket. Account actions do not automatically remove any applicable refund rights.

VPNKN may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will indicate the update month on this page. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights that have already arisen. Please monitor relevant notices. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact us by ticket about any outstanding matters.
